Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Atlas AI, operated by SH Tech ("we", "us", "our"). By using Atlas AI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Atlas AI is an AI-powered Google Ads optimization platform that analyzes your advertising campaigns and generates proposals to improve performance. Atlas connects to your Google Ads account via the Google Ads API and uses our AI engine to generate optimization recommendations.

2. Account Registration

To use Atlas, you must create an account or install the app via the Shopify App Store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

3. Google Ads Authorization

Atlas requires OAuth authorization to access your Google Ads account. By connecting your account, you authorize Atlas to:

Read campaign performance data, settings, keywords, and search terms
Apply approved optimization changes (bid adjustments, budget changes, negative keywords, campaign pausing)

You can revoke this authorization at any time through your Google account settings or by disconnecting the account in Atlas.

4. AI Recommendations

Atlas generates optimization proposals using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and beneficial outcomes:

AI recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees of performance improvement
You are responsible for reviewing and approving proposals before they are applied
Past performance does not guarantee future results
Atlas includes safety guardrails, but you should monitor your campaigns regularly

5. Subscription and Billing

Atlas offers paid subscription plans. For Shopify App Store users, billing is managed through Shopify's billing system. For direct users, billing is processed through Stripe. All plans include a free trial period as specified at the time of signup.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
You may cancel at any time through Shopify or your Atlas billing settings
Refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify's or Stripe's refund policies

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Atlas for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal products/services
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI models or algorithms
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
Exceed the account limits of your subscription plan
Use Atlas to interfere with or disrupt Google Ads services

7. Data Handling

Your use of Atlas is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SH Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of Atlas AI, including but not limited to loss of advertising spend, decreased campaign performance, or business losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Atlas in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Atlas depends on third-party services (Google Ads API, our AI engine) that may experience outages beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and disconnecting your Google Ads account. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Atlas dashboard. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
